Processing time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 2-4 business days. But usually we are doing everything possible to send your order ASAP. Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday which not includes weekends. Saturday and Sunday are not count as part of shipping days. Also we want you to know that sending or preparing and shipping (delivery) are 2 different processes. And each has its own term.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Dear parents, our company Child Universe understands that the needs and capabilities of the child change depending on their age. Therefore, we create toys that develop children in full accordance with their age needs.
Children from 12 months need toys that stimulate their interest in learning colors, letters, develop fine motor skills and speech skills. Our team has developed wooden personalized puzzles designed for children from 12 months to 3 years old.
DESCRIPTION
Wooden named puzzle by Child Universe – is an educational toy that will help your child learn colors, letters, develop fine motor skills and logical thinking skills. Bright and natural materials help the child to explore the world around them with interest and safety.
HOW TO PLAY
The cutouts are made so that the child can independently place shapes and letters in the cut holes. The slots in the upper base of the toy are made in such a way that only those letters/shapes for which these holes are intended can to not just move the pieces and letter, but also acquires the skill of selecting the correct elements that fit a certain hole which in turn develops logic, fine motor skills and creativity.
The toy set includes:
- one base board;
- letters-inserts;
- two figurines - inserts.
All parts of the toy are made of birch wood painted with a non-toxic and safe paint that is resistant to saliva and wet processing. The edges of all parts of the toy are smooth and do not have sharp corners. All packaging parts are not part of the toy and must be removed before playing.
OPERATING RULES
· remove all packaging before playing with a toy;
· keep the toy clean;
· protect the toy from direct sunlight, fire and high temperatures;
· avoid getting liquid on the parts of the toy;
· do not use damaged parts of the toy for play.
WARNING
The toy is not intended for children under 12 months of age.
Use in the presence of adults.
Store in a place protected from moisture and fire.
Consist: water-based pigment paint, general purpose plywood from deciduous breeds of trees.
The toy complies with the requirements of the Directive (2009/48 / EC) on the safety of toys and also has a declaration of conformity with the CЄ standard.
