📍 CUSTOMS FEES: customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries.
📍 LEAD TIME: orders ship within 1-4 business days of purchase.
📍 DELIVERY TIME: depends on the shipping method that you choose. To the US and Europe, we can ship with DHL Saver or Regular International Shipping (Ukrposhta & USPS), and to the rest of the world - DHL only.

EUROPE
- DHL: from 24.00 USD (3-5 business days delivery)
- Regular International Shipping: from 8.50 USD (12-21 business days delivery)

Exchanges & replacements
We hope you absolutely love every single keepsake we send you. But sometimes life happens and plans change, we get it.
EXCHANGES: We accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized, not custom made, and not on clearance within 30 days of your receipt of the package. Items must be in new condition and original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs plus any shipping costs required to send an item for exchange.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom made, or clearance items.
REPLACEMENTS: If we made a personalization error on your order that was our fault, we'll happily replace the personalized item for you. We do not replace items that were incorrectly engraved due to buyer error.
