ORDERS

1. Can I return my purchase?

Our customers are very important for us and we're always happy to find the best solution. You can return your order if the product didn't have any personalization. Personalized orders can't be returned due to their nature.

2. What if my product is damaged on arrival?

Don't worry! We will be happy to resend you a new product if it was damaged during shipping process.

3. Do you accept custom orders?

Of course! We're open for all custom orders, just contact us.

4. I would like to send as a gift, is this possible ?

Yes, absolutely! Just mention this request during checkout. 

SHIPPING

1. How do I track my order?

Once your order is sent out, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your order at http://17track.net/en or https://www.ups.com/track (with UPS), or contact us to get detailed information.

2. I need to change the address on my order.

We can only change the address if the order hasn't been shipped out yet. Please get in touch with us to see if the change is possible.

3. My order was marked as delivered, but I still haven’t received my parcel.

Please, don't worry. Message us with your problem, provide your order number and we'll resolve the issue ASAP!

4. Customs and Import Fees?

The customer is responsible for customs and import fees if they appear.

1. What wood do you use and is it free from harmful chemicals?

We use high quality birch plywood and it is eco-friendly and non-toxic.

2. What paints do you use? Is it safe for kids?

We use Adler paints, Kids edition. It has quality certificate and is very safe, especially for children.
