RETURNS & REFUNDS

At ChildUniverse, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Our return policy allows for returns and exchanges of items that are not personalized, custom-made, or on clearance within 30 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in new condition and their original packaging. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any additional shipping costs incurred for exchanging an item.
2. The items in my order were delivered in a damaged condition. What should I do?
If your package arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and thoroughly inspect the items. Contact us promptly with photos of the damage inside and outside the box, as well as the shipping label. We'll expedite replacement items and ensure your satisfaction. Please avoid modifying the furniture to maintain eligibility for return or replacement. Your satisfaction is our priority.

We'll work diligently to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. If the package was lost due to the shipping company's fault, we'll be more than happy to address the issue and, at our expense, resend your order to ensure you receive your items. 4. Are there any return shipping costs, and who is responsible for covering them?
As for the return shipping costs, several scenarios become possible. If a customer wishes to return a non-defective item for reasons such as a change of mind or any other non-defect-related issue, they are responsible for covering all associated return shipping costs. However, if a product needs to be returned due to breakage, defects, or any issues originating from our end, we assume responsibility for the return shipping costs. We are committed to replacing any broken parts or providing missing items at our expense. We’re always fair and transparent in handling returns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
