Exchanges & replacements
EXCHANGES: We accept returnsย and exchanges on items that areย not personalized, not custom made, and not on clearanceย within 30 days of your receipt of the package.ย Items must be in new condition and original packaging.ย Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs plus any shipping costs required to send an item for exchange.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges onย personalized, custom made, or clearance items.ย
REPLACEMENTS:ย If we made a personalization error on your order that was our fault, we'll happily replace the personalized item for you.ย We doย notย replace items that were incorrectly engraved due to buyer error.ย
