Each puzzle is 0.31 inches thin (8mm) and each letter is 0.15 inches thin (4mm) and 2.36 inches tall (6cm). The total size of the puzzle depends on the length of name, size of letters, etc.

Exchanges & replacements
We hope you absolutely love every single keepsake we send you. But sometimes life happens and plans change, we get it.
EXCHANGES: We accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized, not custom made, and not on clearance within 30 days of your receipt of the package. Items must be in new condition and original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs plus any shipping costs required to send an item for exchange.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom made, or clearance items.
REPLACEMENTS: If we made a personalization error on your order that was our fault, we'll happily replace the personalized item for you. We do not replace items that were incorrectly engraved due to buyer error.

I thought the letters were going to larger in size (taller) but its still a pretty neat gift. I purchased this for my 1 year old nephew. It took a while to come because of shipping issues these days so make sure you order within enough time of when you need it.
