SIZING
Each puzzle is 0.31 inches thin (8mm) and each letter is 0.15 inches thin (4mm) and 2.36 inches tall (6cm). The total size of the puzzle depends on the length of name, size of letters, etc.

Exchanges & replacements

EXCHANGES: We accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized, not custom made, and not on clearance within 30 days of your receipt of the package. Items must be in new condition and original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs plus any shipping costs required to send an item for exchange.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom made, or clearance items.
REPLACEMENTS: If we made a personalization error on your order that was our fault, we'll happily replace the personalized item for you. We do not replace items that were incorrectly engraved due to buyer error.

This puzzle is such a cute addition to my son’s Easter basket. It is well made, the colors are great, and the bear is adorable! It got caught in customs during shipping, but that’s completely out of their control, and they were great about letting me know.

More than likely making this a present for all of my friends toddlers. I got this for my niece who loves dinosaurs and puzzles. There was only one small issue - some of the pegs weren't very secure, but my crafty brother was able to secure them.
