Exchanges & replacements
We hope you absolutely love every single keepsake we send you. But sometimes life happens and plans change, we get it.
EXCHANGES: We accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized, not custom made, and not on clearance within 30 days of your receipt of the package. Items must be in new condition and original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs plus any shipping costs required to send an item for exchange.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom made, or clearance items.
REPLACEMENTS: If we made a personalization error on your order that was our fault, we'll happily replace the personalized item for you. We do not replace items that were incorrectly engraved due to buyer error.

I ordered the Montessori bookcase in white for my son�s nursery. I live in Australia so shipping did take a little bit longer than it probably would to the rest of the world (but that�s to be expected especially with the current global events). For any Australians that maybe purchasing anything made of timber from overseas- expect delays due to custom clearance. The bookshelf looks phenomenal and quite honestly I�ll probably be making several other purchase from this business in the future. I especially loved the fact that the assembly required no screws as I am not the greatest at assembling things. I will gladly share the name of this business to many of my friends and family so that they too can support you. & lastly but not least, we stand with you. #standwithukraine Stay Safe ????
This is a great little book display. The quality was good. We were impressed by the design. It is a product however that needs to be built and unless you are good at putting things together with almost no instructions, I would not attempt it. The instructions were not very clear and barely readable.

Cute addition to a nursery I can’t wait to give it to my dear friend. She is going to love it ☺️
Assembly took about 1.5 hours, but easy enough to do with picture instructions. My daughter is almost two and loves it. Really fast international shipping.
Beautiful quality and just the right size for little ones. Even though they said their shipping might be delayed because of the war in Ukraine, it arrived earlier than expected. But place your orders early to give it ample time to ship, just in case.
