Exchanges & replacements

EXCHANGES: We accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized, not custom made, and not on clearance within 30 days of your receipt of the package. Items must be in new condition and original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs plus any shipping costs required to send an item for exchange.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom made, or clearance items.
REPLACEMENTS: If we made a personalization error on your order that was our fault, we'll happily replace the personalized item for you. We do not replace items that were incorrectly engraved due to buyer error.

It’s very cute. Took a bit to put it together. Smaller than I thought it would be based on the measurements. My son is 3, so he’ll probably only be able to use it for a few months cause it’s pretty small, but he was excited for it on Christmas.
