We use certified birch plywood and certified for children's use water-based Adler paints.
Each puzzle is 0.31 inches thin (8mm) and each letter is 0.15 inches thin (4mm) and 2.36 inches tall (6cm). The total size of the puzzle depends on the length of name, size of letters, etc.

EXCHANGES: We accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized, not custom made, and not on clearance within 30 days of your receipt of the package. Items must be in new condition and original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs plus any shipping costs required to send an item for exchange.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom made, or clearance items.
REPLACEMENTS: If we made a personalization error on your order that was our fault, we'll happily replace the personalized item for you. We do not replace items that were incorrectly engraved due to buyer error.

I was so pleased with the quality and beauty of this puzzle that I bought one for my daughter and three more for my nephew and nieces. They all love their puzzles so much! My two year old even learned to spell his name with it and he loves to play with the little wooden animals. I had a question for the customer service and the reply was fast, professional and helpful. In love with my name puzzle! The quality is beautiful and sturdy and the colors are just what we ordered. The only thing that was worrisome was how long it took to get to us but when I reached out to the team I got multiple replies and they were very helpful and polite. Happy with the product quality. I recently bought one for my 3rd child after my first two children’s puzzles continue to hold up after 4 years. One note, be sure to double check your shipping speed. The standard shipping I used takes 10-25 business days (it arrived within this timeframe). I ordered far in advance of needing the product so it wasn’t an issue for me.
